Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá posouzením konkurenčního prostředí v automobilovém průmyslu pomocí metod strategické analýzy. Práce je zaměřena na tuzemský trh osobních vozidel a je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části jsou vymezeny obecné charakteristiky strategického řízení a jsou popsány jednotlivé nástroje strategické analýzy. This work deals with the assessment of the competitive environment in the automotive industry using the methods of strategic analysis. The work is focused on the domestic market of passenger cars and is divided into two parts.
