Tato diplomová práce popisuje vývoj nájemního práva k bytům od počátku 19. století do současnosti s tím, že se zaměřuje na právní úpravu ochrany nájemce v souvislosti s výpovědí z nájmu bytu. This master thesis describes the development of tenancy rights from 19th century until the present times and it focuses on legal regulation of protection of tenants in connection with the notice of tenancy to housing.
