Abstract:
The subject of this diploma thesis was a responsibility for delay in business law relations and its actual questions rezonating among professional community.
Abstract:
Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce boli aktuálne otázky zodpovednosti za omeškanie v obchodne právnych vzťahoch. Snažil som sa v nej predovšetkým vyložiť jednotlivé inštitúty omeškania a ich vzájomné vzťahy, poprípade možnosti ich zmluvnej modifikácie zmluvnými stranami. Nevyhol som sa ani komparácii tejto problematiky zo zahraničnými právnymi poriadkami.
