Cílem bakalářské práce je problematika virtuálních peněz a jejich právní povahy. Práce definuje jak virtuální peníze a světy, ve kterých peníze vznikají, tak problematiku jejich právní regulace a oblasti nutné k pochopení souvislostí. The aim of this thesis is to describe issues of virtual money and their legal nature. Thesis defines both virtual money and worlds that money are issued by and questions about their legal regulation so as areas essential for proper understanding.
