Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je syndrom vyhoření a jeho prevence u pracovníků v sociálních službách, zabývá se zejména vlivem supervize na jeho vznik. Diplomová práce se skládá ze čtyř kapitol, z nichž jsou tři teoretické a jedna výzkumná. Teoretická část se věnuje definicí, příznaky, jednotlivými fázemi syndromu vyhoření a jeho diagnostikou. The thesis deals with the yoke of burnout and prevention for workers in social services, addressing in particular the influence of supervision on the rise. The thesis consists of four chapters, of which are three theoretical and one research. The theoretical part deals with definitions, symptoms, various stages of burnout and its diagnosis.
