Abstract:

V posledních letech byla navržena řada moderních modelů pro identifikaci autorství využívajících rozličné techniky reprezentace textu a různé klasifikační algoritmy. Problém nesrovnatelnosti těchto modelů vyplývá z rozdílných datových sad používaných pro jejich vyhodnocení a z odlišných metod předzpracování použitých datových sad. Tato bakalářská práce řeší daný problém implementací tří vybraných modelů, z nichž každý využívá odlišné techniky reprezentace textu a klasifikační algoritmy. Tyto modely jsou aplikovány na tři datové sady z různých domén - konkrétně e-mailů, článků a okamžitě zaslaných zpráv - napříč několika velikostmi množin autorů. Následná srovnávací analýza hodnotí modely mezi sebou a také porovnává jejich výsledky s výsledky uvedenými v původních článcích. Hodnocení zahrnuje měření schopnosti modelů klasifikovat na základě stylů psaní autorů.

Abstract:

Numerous state-of-the-art models for authorship identification utilizing diverse text embedding techniques and classification algorithms have been proposed in recent years. However, the lack of comparability arises from disparate datasets used for evaluation and different preprocessing methods employed in these models. This study addresses the issue by implementing three chosen models, each employing distinct text embedding techniques and classification algorithms. The models are then applied to three datasets derived from disparate domains—namely emails, articles, and instant messages—across several author set sizes. The ensuing comparative analysis assesses the models against each other and compares their results to those reported in the original papers. Evaluation includes a measurement of the models' capacity to classify based on authors' writing styles.
