Workplace relationships - ways for their development, prevention and resolution of negative aspects

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mezilidské vztahy na pracovišti, negativní jevy a jejich prevence a možná řešení. V první části práce jsou popsány mezilidské vztahy na pracovišti, možnosti, jak je rozvíjet a faktory, které tyto vztahy ovlivňují. Dále jsou zde popsány negativní jevy - konflikt, mobbing, diskriminace a sexuální obtěžování. U každého z těchto jevů jsou popsány i způsoby, jak je řešit a jak jim předcházet. V druhé části této práce je představena společnost Hradní Bašta a popsané dotazníkové šetření, metoda 360°, provedené mezi zaměstnanci Hradní Bašty, a zhodnoceny jejich výsledky. V závěru druhé části je pro Hradní Baštu popsáno doporučení, které vyplynulo z výsledků dotazníkového šetření a metody 360°.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on interpersonal relationships in the workplace, negative aspects and their prevention and practical solutions. The first part of the thesis describes interpersonal relationships in the workplace, the possibilities of how to develop them and the factors that affect these relationships. It also describes negative aspects - conflict, mobbing, discrimination, and sexual harassment. For each of these aspects, ways to solve them and how to prevent them, are described next. The second part of this thesis introduces the company Hradní Bašta and the described questionnaire survey, the 360° method, conducted among the employees of Hradní Bašta, and evaluates their results. At the end of the second part is my recommendation for the company, which resulted from the results of the questionnaire survey and the 360° method.
