Use of Singleboard Computers in Industry 4.0

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zasadit koncept Internetu věcí do kontextu Průmyslu 4.0 a následně vytvořit vlastní aplikaci pro sběr dat prostřednictvím jednodeskových počítačů, která bude tomuto konceptu odpovídat. Na základě metodiky literární rešerše jsem nejdříve uvedl charakteristiku a dopad jednotlivých průmyslových revolucí s důrazem na poslední z nich – Čtvrtou průmyslovou revoluci neboli Průmysl 4.0. Po souhrnu jednotlivých technologií, které Průmysl 4.0 využívá a mezi které Internet věcí patří, jsem se zaměřil na dílčí technologie, které využívá.Následně byla vytvořena aplikace odpovídající konceptu Internetu Věcí. Pro záznam dat byla použita platforma jednodeskového počítače Orange Pi Zero, která odesílá pomocí API naměřená data ze senzorů na server. Data jsou vizualizována ve formě grafů a zobrazení aktuální teploty na mapě na pozici stanice. Hlavním výsledkem této práce je vytvoření systému stanic, které sbírají data a webové stránky, která tyto data zobrazuje.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to implement the concept of the Internet of Things in the context of Industry 4.0 and then to create a custom application for collecting data using singleboard computers, that will correspond to this concept.Based on the methodology of literary research, I first introduced the characteristics and impact of industrial revolutions, with emphasis on the last of them - the Fourth Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0. After summarizing the different technologies used by Industry 4.0 and among which the Internet of Things belongs, I have focused on the sub-technologies it uses.Subsequently, an application corresponding to the concept of the Internet Things was created. The Orange Pi Zero single-platform platform is used to send measured data from the sensors to the server using an API. The data is visualized in the form of graphs and heatmap displaying current temperature on the map at the station position.The main result of this work is the creation of a system of stations that collect the data and web pages displaying these data.
