Psychosocial Risks of Selected Work Activity

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou psychosociálních rizik způsobujících vznik stresu, který má prokazatelně negativní vliv na efektivitu práce i zdravotní stav. V teoretické části práce je uvedena literární rešerše vztahující se k oblasti psychosociálních rizik, včetně jejich legislativního ukotvení a hlavních důsledků na zdravotní stav zaměstnanců. Následně je představena problematika stresu a hlavní obrané mechanismy či strategie pro jeho zvládání. V praktické části je proveden výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření zkoumajícího konkrétní události ovlivňující úroveň stresu. Soubor respondentů zahrnuje vojáky zařazené na služební místo studující vysokou vojenskou školu, kteří budou následně porovnáni studenty vybrané veřejné univerzity Na základě statistického vyhodnocení získaných dat jsou pak navržena vhodná opatření pro snížení psychosociálních rizik a jejich dopadů.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of psychosocial risks causing the emergence of stress, which has a demonstrably negative effect on work efficiency and health status. In the theoretical part of the thesis, a literature search related to the field of psychosocial risks is presented, including their legislative anchoring and the main consequences on the health status of employees. Subsequently, the problem of stress and the main defense mechanisms or strategies for managing it are presented. In the practical part, research is carried out using a questionnaire survey examining specific events affecting the level of stress. The set of respondents includes soldiers assigned to a duty station studying at a military college, who will subsequently be compared with students of a selected public university. Based on the statistical evaluation of the obtained data, appropriate measures are then proposed to reduce psychosocial risks and their impacts.
