Výpočetní nástroj pro automatickou anotaci vnoření transposonů v genomech z NGS dat

An automatic pipeline for computational annotation of transposable element insertions in NGS data
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje mobilním elementům (transposonům) v genomu a jejich vzájemnému vnořování. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit program, který bude vyhledávat taková vnoření v datech získaných metodami nového sekvenování (readech) bez potřeby skládání genomu. Vytvořený nástroj byl otestován na datech z kukuřice.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with mobile elements (transposons) in a genome and their mutual nesting. The aim was to create a program that will detect those nestings in next generation sequencing data (reads) without the need of genome assembly. Created tool was tested on data from corn.
