Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o kompetencích učitelky mateřské školy v náhledech různých autorů. V teoretické části je popsána proměna role učitelky mateřské školy, její profesní rozvoj a požadavky na tuto profesi. Výzkumná část shrnuje rozdíly mezi SŠ a VŠ vzdělanými učitelkami zjišťované na základě videostudií a rozhovorů.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the competence of kindergarten in the views of different authors. The theoretical part describes the transformation of the role of kindergarten teacher, and her professional development requirements for this profession. Research section summarizes the differences between high school and university-educated teachers detection of video studios and interviews.
