Abstract:

Území zamořená vysoce toxickými látkami patří mezi velice ožehavé ekologické problémy dnešní doby. Znečištěná území mají přímý vliv na lidské zdraví a proto je nutné tato území za­bezpečit a uvést v maximální možné míře do původního stavu. Likvidace znečištěných úze­mí je komplikovaný, extrémně drahý a energeticky náročný proces. V dnešní době existuje mnoho technologií, jak dané území dekontaminovat. Každá technologie je specifická pro od­straňování určitého kontaminantu nebo skupiny kontaminantů a její účinnost se vztahuje k určité­mu typu média. Pro kompletní dekontaminaci daného území je nutné jednotlivé tech­nologie kombinovat. Těchto kombinačních variant ale existuje obrovské množství. Určení teoreticky opti­mální kombinace, podle mnoha stanovených kriterií, je tedy problém, na který v dnešní době nee­xistuje uspokojivá odpověď. Vytvoření algoritmu, který se tento problém pokusí vyřešit, bude hlavní náplní mé disertační práce. Velice slibné se jeví pro tuto problematiku použití hybridních genetických algoritmů a genetického programování. Mezi moderní směry v oblasti GA patří varianty využívající n-ploidní chromozomy a „Messy“ GA. Modifikace takovýchto variant by mohla sloužit právě pro multikriteriální výběr dekontaminačních metod, včetně optimalizace vstupních paramet­rů. Další otázkou je vyřešení práce s neurčitými údaji, které do celého procesu vstupují. V této oblasti vynikají fuzzy množiny, jejichž kombinace s GA by opět mohla přinést řešení této problematiky. Pro úspěšné zvládnutí celého úkolu je nutné problematiku řešit i v kontextu návrhu infor­mačních systémů. A to tak, aby vzniklé řešení bylo realizovatelné v praxi a dalo se bez větších ob­tíží integrovat do již stávajících systémů na podporu rozhodování v environmentální ob­lasti. Mezi moderní způsoby, které řeší tuto problematiku, patří zajisté SOA.

Abstract:

The polluted territories with highly toxic pollutants belong to nowadays painful ecological problems. Since they have a direct impact on the human health it is important to remove the pollution and recover the original state. Remedial process is extremely expensive and energetically demanding as well. Currently we possess a lot of the remedial technologies. Each of these technologies is highly specific to the exact contaminant or a group of contaminants and their effectiveness is bound to the type of medium. We have to combine several technologies to remove the entire decontamination of the territory. But the amount of these combinations is vast. The theoretical solution for the optimal combination of remedial technologies regarding numerous criteria is problematic and there exist no satisfying solution. The main goal of my Ph.D. work will lie in answering of this problem. Hybrid Genetic Algorithm and Genetic Programming seem to be very useful for this task. Variants of Genetic Algorithms using n-ploid and messy chromosomes belong to the modern direction of investigation. Modification of such variants would lead to the solving of the assigned multicriteria combination task including optimization of input parameters. Next question is operating with uncertain data which are part of the process. In this scope of problem is fuzzy logic commonly used. The integration of the fuzzy logic and the Genetic Algorithms may lead in to the solution of work with the uncertainty. It is fundamental to deal with the whole task in the context of information system analyzes. The solution has to be viable in the real world. And it has to be ready for integration in the existing decision support environmental systems. The Service Oriented Architectures certainly belong to the modern solutions of such problems.
