Cost analysis and calculation of orders on the example of a specific company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů a následné navržení kalkulačního vzorce na příkladu podniku, který se zabývá architektonickou činností. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z nákladů a jejich členění, analýzy ziskovosti výkonu a sestavování kalkulací. Praktická část představí zvolený podnik, na kterém je provedena analýza stávajícího systému členění nákladů a sestavování kalkulací. Na základě analýzy je podniku doporučeno podrobnější členění nákladů spolu s dalšími návrhy na zlepšení. V závěru práce je představen navrhovaný kalkulační vzorec, který by mohl podniku sloužit jako nástroj pro řízení hospodárnosti, a také je navržen postup pro přiřazování nákladů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on cost analysis and designing a calculation formula on the example of a company that deals with architectural activities. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts of costs and their allocation, analysis of performance profitability and compilation of calculations. The practical part will introduce the selected company, where the analysis of the current system of cost allocation and compilation of calculations is performed. Based on the analysis, the company is recommended a more detailed allocation of costs along with other suggestions for improvement. At the end of the work, a proposed calculation formula is presented, which could be used by the company as a tool for cost management, and also a procedure for cost allocation is proposed.
