Reorganizace a přeměna společnosti Záblesk s. r. o. v rámci insolvenčního zákona

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá reorganizací společnosti Záblesk s. r. o., podle insolvenčního zákona. Z rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztrát je zřejmé, že společnost má finanční problémy, to se projevuje i na závazkách, které rostou. Hlavním cílem práce je zachovat chod podniku i na úkor jednoho střediska, rovnoměrně uhradit dluhy věřitelů a stanovit postupy na finanční stabilitu do budoucna.
Abstract:
The baccalaury labour concerned with reorganization Záblesk Ltd. by the Insolvence law. The balance- sheet a and profil and loss statement show that company has a financial difficulties, which reflect on growing obligations by the company. Principal object of the labour is the save of company at the expence of some center, meet a debits of creditor and project a plans to financial stability to future
