Execution from the perspective of the cadastre
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se snažila popsat problémy,které vznikaly a vznikají při vzájemné spolupráci-součinnosti exekučních a katastrálních úřadů. V bakalářské práci se zabývám pojmy exekuce a katastr nemovitostí. Při zpracování jsem vycházela z platných právních předpisů,vnitřních pokynů a sledovala vývoj judikatury v této oblasti práva.
Abstract:
In my thesis I tried to describe the problems that arose, and arise from mutual cooperation, coordination and execution of cadastral offices. The thesis deals with the concepts and execution of real estate cadastre. When I was processing based on existing legislation, internal guidelines and monitor the development of case law in this area of law.
