Social work at The Employment agency of Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je rozdělena několika částí. První z nich je teoretická část. V úvodní kapitole je charakterizován Úřad práce České republiky. Další kapitola definuje nepojistné sociální dávky, což znamená dávky osob se zdravotním postižením, dávky státní sociální podpory a podrobněji dávky pomoci v hmotné nouzi. V podkapitole je pak krátce definován pojem sociální práce a sociální pracovník. Druhá kapitola se zabývá pracovními podmínkami sociálního pracovníka v agendě hmotné nouze a okolnostmi jeho práce. Kapitola definuje pracovní podmínky, představy sociálních pracovníků o práci s klientem, pojem napomáhat a bránit, klienta hmotné nouze, pracovní zátěž. Dále je zde popsána sociální práce v agendě hmotné nouze. Druhá část práce se věnuje metodologii. V této části práce je popsána a vysvětlena vyuţitá metoda zkoumání a výzkumná strategie, technika sběru dat. Dále kapitola obsahuje operacionalizaco otázek, jednotku zkoumání, realizace výzkumu a postup při zpracování dat. Ve třetí části, analytické, dochází k interpretaci zjištěných skutečností. Na základě zjištěných skutečností je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka: „Které pracovní podmínky podle hodnocení pracovníků napomáhají a které brání pracovníkům na ÚP pracovat s klienty podle svých představ?“ V závěru práce jsou zmíněny návrhy pro další praxi a další vyuţití.

Abstract:

Dissertation is divided into several parts. First of them is Theoretic part. In introductory chapter we characterise functioning of The Employment agency of Czech Republic. Next chapter defines uninsurable social allowances which means benefits for disabled citizens, governmental social benefits and we characterise benefits of material need in detail. Another chapter is about work conditions of social worker who deal with agenda of materiál need. In chapter we define work conditions, visions of social workers about their job and personal contact with their clients, term ,,help and protect“, client who needs benefits of material need and occupational burden. Then we describe social work at agency of materiál need. In second part we deal with used methodology for this dissertation. In this part we describe 410and explain used methods of exploring and explorational stratégy, technic of data capture. Then this part includes unit of exploring, realization of reserch and procedure of data processing. In third last part also called analytical part, we interpret ascertained facts. Based on ascertained facts we can answer the main explorational quetion:,,Which work conditions, according to social worker’s judgement, are helpful for them and which conditions inhibit them to work with clients in contast of their imagination of work with clients? “. In the end of dissertation we mention practical using and basic using of this thesis.
