Abstract:

S rozšířeným používáním a rychlým rozvojem internetových technologií došlo k revoluci ve způsobu a rychlosti šíření informací a spolu s příležitostí přichází i závažná výzva, které je těžké se vyhnout. Když se událost stane, její rychlost šíření a komplexní pokrytí jsou tak rychlé, že jsou lidé překvapeni. Pokud firma vyrobí vadný výrobek, který poškozuje práva a výhody spotřebitelů, veřejné mínění z různých kanálů může způsobit, že se společnost dostane do krizí a tyto krize mohou dokonce změnit budoucí vývoj společnosti. Bez nadsázky lze říci, že společnostem každý den hrozí krize. Pokud není krize účinně řízena, může se změnit ve strašlivou katastrofu, ale není to absolutní, proto autor v tomto eseji pojednává o tom, jak efektivně minimalizovat škody způsobené krizí pomocí rychlých a pozitivních akcí. Navíc vysvětluje, jak pomocí efektivní komunikace proměnit krize v příležitosti. Aby společnosti mohly efektivně komunikovat s vnějším světem, oddělení pro styk s veřejností by měla převzít odpovědnost a zodpovědnost. Autoři také diskutují a analyzují hodnotu a význam eseje podnikové krizové komunikace. Úlohou a významem krizové komunikace je dávat řešení k překonání krize, kontrolovat směr vývoje, udržovat a upevňovat základní hodnoty společnosti a minimalizovat škody společnosti. Rozvoj podnikání společnosti je neoddělitelný od public relations a celá skladba propuknutí krize je také neoddělitelná od krizového PR. Když nastane krize, jeho úlohou je pomoci firmě vyřešit problém a ochránit stabilitu firmy.

Abstract:

With the widespread application and rapid development of Internet technology, the way and speed of information dissemination have been revolutionized, and along with the opportunity comes a severe challenge that is difficult to avoid. When an event happens, its spreading speed and comprehensive coverage are so fast that people are taken by surprise. If a company produces a defective product that damages the rights and benefits of the consumers, the public opinion from various channels can cause the company to suffer crises, and these crises can even change the future development of a company. It is no exaggeration to say that companies are at risk of suffering a crisis every day. If the crisis is not effectively controlled, it can turn into a terrible disaster, but this is not absolute, so the author discusses in this essay how to effectively minimize the damage caused by the crisis through quick and positive actions. In addition, it explains how to turn crises into opportunities through effective communication. For companies to communicate effectively with the outside world, public relations departments should take responsibility and accountability. The authors also discuss and analyze the value and significance of a company's crisis communication essay. The role and significance of crisis communication are to give solutions to overcome the crisis, control the direction of development, maintain and consolidate the company's core values, and minimize the damage to the company. The company's business development is inseparable from public relations, and the entire composition of a crisis outbreak is also inseparable from crisis PR. When a crisis occurs, its role is to help the company solve the problem and protect the company's stability.
