Tématem bakalářské práce je Metoda SWOT jako rozhodovací nástroj řízení podniku. Toto téma jsem vypracovala za pomoci SWOT matice, STEP analýzy a analýzy zájmových skupin. The theme of this thesis is the SWOT method as a decision tool for company management. This topic was developed with the assistance of a SWOT matrix, step analyzes and interest groups.
