Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou Legislativní rady vlády a jejích pracovních komisí. Reflektuje historická východiska a zaměřuje se především na současnou praxi. Práce vymezuje postavení Legislativní rady vlády v legislativním procesu, analyzuje její organizaci a činnost a jejím hlavním cílem je poukázat na nezastupitelnou funkci Legislativní rady vlády, vymezit největší problémy související s jejím fungováním a navrhnout jejich řešení de lege ferenda.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the Government Legislative Council and its Working Commissions. It reflects historical consequences and is primarily focused on contemporary practice. The thesis characterizes the position of the Government Legislative Council in the legislative process and analyses its organization and function. The main aim of this thesis is to highlight the irreplaceable position of the Government Legislative Council, to define the major problems connected with its functioning and to suggest their solutions de lege ferenda.
