Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou týkající se podvodů v platebním styku v ČR. Práce je členěna do tří kapitol. V úvodní kapitole popisuje platební styk, jeho členění a právní předpisy týkající se platebního styku. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje nejznámější podvody v hotovostním a bezhotovostním platebním styku, analyzuje jejich vývoj a v kratší části popisuje situace podvodu s platebními kartami v členských zemích EU. Poslední kapitola je věnována doporučeními pro spotřebitele (jak se chránit před podvody v platebním styku). Hlavním cílem mé práce je charakterizovat a analyzovat nejznámější podvody v platebním styku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of fraud in the payment system in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The opening chapter describes the payment system in the Czech Republic, its structure and the legislation of the payment system. The second chapter describes frauds in cash and non-cash payment transactions and analyzes the development of the frauds and briefly describes the situation of card fraud in the EU member states. In the final chapter there are recommendations for consumers to protect themselves from the frauds in the payment system. The main objective of my thesis is to describe and analyze the most common frauds in the payment system.
