The Process of the Investors in People Standards Implementation in a Specific Organisation and Their Impact into Personnel Department Activities.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje zaváděním standardům Investors in People, jejich principům, přínosům. Hlavním cíle práce je zjistit Jak probíhal postup zavádění standardů Investors in People na půdě jedné konkrétní organizace a jaké byly dopady zavádění standardů na aktivity personálního oddělení? V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny a definovány činnosti personální oddělení na obecné úrovni, firemní kultura. Jsou vysvětleny standardy Investors in People a jejich hlavní principy, přínosy, jejich zavádění a cesta k získáním certifikátu Investors in People. Metodologická část práce popisuje postup při provádění výzkumu. Poslední teoretická část popisuje analýzu a závěry výzkumu - zavádění a dopad standardů na konkrétní organizaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the process of the Investors in People implementation. Describe Investors in People core principles and benefits. The main aim of this thesis is to find out the answer of the research question: How does the process of the Investors in People Standards implementation looks like in a specific organisation and what’s their impact onto personnel department activities. In theoretical part of this thesis are defined personnel department activities in general and the corporate culture. There are explained the Investors in People standards, core principles, benefits and the way to gain the Investors in People award. Methodological part described the process and methods of the research. Last part, empirical part brings the analysis and conclusions of the research – standards implementation and their impact.
