Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů v soukromé a veřejné sféře s důrazem na jejich daňové aspekty. První část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku, legislativní rámec, systémy a členění zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Další část je zaměřena na daňové aspekty vybraných benefitů. Abstract:
This thesis deals with employee benefits in the private and public spheres with an emphasis on tax aspects. The first part looks at the characteristic, legislative framework, systems and structuring employee benefits. Another part focused on the tax aspects of selected benefits. The last part of the thesis investigates what employee benefits brings employment in the private and public spheres.
