Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je tvořena dvěma částmi, první ve zkratce seznamuje čtenáře se zákonem proti nekalé soutěži v Německu, ve druhé se v souladu se zadáním zabývám významnými rozsudky německých soudů vyšších instancí od roku 2003 do současnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis is divided into two parts, the first deals with Unfair Competition Law in Germany, the second one analyses significant sentences of German courts from the year 2003 till the present, as it is mentioned in the submission.
