The Project of the Balanced Scorecard Implementation to the Management System of the Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se koncentruje na projekt implementace nástroje na zdokonalení měření a řízení výkonnosti společnosti, kterým je systém Balanced Scorecard. Teoretická část se sestává z literární rešerše, která je hlavním východiskem pro zpracování praktické části. V diplomové práci je představena vylíčená současná ekonomická situace společnosti, která byla uskutečněna pomocí finanční analýzy. Praktická část se věnuje vlivy okolí na podnik a analyzování jeho finanční situace. Na základě zpracování analýz jsou doporučena odpovídající východiska pro implementaci konceptu Balanced Scorecard do společnosti. Implementace projektu je založená na tvorbě strategických cílů, měřítek, cílových hodnot a strategických akcí pro všechny čtyři perspektivy konceptu Balanced Scorecard. Návrh postupu zavedení systému do společnosti zahrnuje nákladovou analýzu, přínosy, které plynou ze zdařilé realizace projektu, ale také jsou zde vymezena i možná rizika implementace projektu do společnosti.

Abstract:

The Master thesis focuses on the project of the Balanced Scorecard concept implementation to improve the performance measurement and management in the selected company. The theoretical part reviews the relevant literature, and serves as the basis for the practical part elaboration. The Master thesis presents the current economic situation of the company, analyzed by means of a financial analysis. The practical part deals with the influences of the external environment on the company and the analysis of its financial situation. Based on the analyses, appropriate recommendations for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept in the company are suggested. The implementation of the project is based on the creation of strategic objectives, measures, target values and strategic actions related to all four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard concept. The proposal of the Balanced Scorecard concept implementation into the company also includes a cost analysis, benefits as well as potential risks that result from a successful implementation of the concept in the company.
