Abstract:
Bakalářská práce ,,Právnická dvouletka“ popisuje právní a politický vývoj od konce 2. světové války do konce roku 1950. Dále se zabývá vznikem a popisem nové a předchozí ústavy z let 1920 a 1948, až po vyhlášení období právnické dvouletky, kdy jejím úkolem bylo přepracovat a kodifikovat celý právní řád v Československu.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis "Legal Biennial" describes legal and political development since the end of the World War II until the end of the year 1950. Further it deals with the formation and description of the new and the preceding constitution between the years 1920-1948, and until the declaration of the legal biennial, when its assignment was to rework and to codify the whole legal code in the Czechoslovakia …more
