Selected issues in human resource management in organizations in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými problémy v řízení lidských zdrojů v organizacích v České republice. První část se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům z oblasti managementu, řízení lidských zdrojů a metodám výzkumu, pomocí kterých byla provedena analýza. Druhá část se zaměřuje na samotnou analýzu vybraných personálních činností a na vyhodnocení jejích výsledků. Podkladem pro analýzu jsou data z dotazníkového šetření realizovaného studenty předmětu Personalistika, který je vyučován v zimním semestru na Fakultě ekonomicko-správní Univerzity Pardubice.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the selected issues in human resource management in organizations in the Czech Republic. The first part of the paper focuses on the theoretical knowledge of management, human resources and on the research methods that were used for the analysis. The second part of the thesis is concerned with the analysis of the selected personnel activities and with the evaluation of its results. The analysis is based on the questionnaires, which were carried out by the students of the subject Personnel Management that is taught in the winter semester on the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the University of Pardubice.
