Abstract:
My thesis deals with comparsion of Thomas Mann's "Doktor Faustus" and Hermann Hesse's "Das Glasperlenspiel." Against a backround of history events in the first half of the 20th century describe both writers the destiny of their protagonists.
Abstract:
Hlavním tématem mé magisterské diplomové práce je srovnání dvou románů, které se zabývají historickými a politickými událostmi 1.pol.20.století. Jedná se o díla Doktor Faustus od Thomase Manna a Das Glasperlenspiel od Hermanna Hesseho. Na pozadí dobových událostí líčí oba autoři životní osudy hlavních hrdinů. Ve své práci jsem se pokusila o srovnání těchto románů z různých aspektů.
