Anotácia Táto práca poukazuje na problematiku zodpovednosti za škodu v nevýrobnej organizácii z pohľadu platnej legislatívy. Zodpovednosť za škodu je obsiahnutá v Zákonníku práce a týka sa rovnako zamestnanca aj zamestnávateľa. V tejto práci som sa zaoberal pojmom škody a jej konkrétneho riešenia.
