State regulation of PMCs: the South Africa, the US and the United Kingdom
Abstract:
Tématem práce je posouzení státní regulace PMCs ve Velké Británii, Jihoafrické republice a Spojených států amerických pomocí stanovených indikátorů. Práce má zjistit, která ze tří zvolených politik regulace PMCs se jeví jako nejvhodnější typ regulace a jak se daný stupeň regulace zvolený konkrétním státem osvědčil v praxi.
Abstract:
Thesis explores the state regulation of PMCs in the United Kingdom, the South Africa and the US through the application of predefined indicators. It reveals which one of the three defined methods of regulation is the most favourable and how did these methods, when chosen by the specific states, turned out in practice.
