Analysis of the level of awareness of the community planning process in the selected area.

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je "Analýza míry informovanosti o procesu komunitního plánování ve vybraném území." Cílem práce je zjistit v jaké míře jsou občané obce s rozšířenou působností Frenštát pod Radhoštěm informování o procesu komunitního plánování. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části, a to teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části je popsán pojem komunitního plánování, jeho historie a legislativní ukotvení. Následně jsou popsány jednotlivé subjekty komunitního plánování, důležité principy a průběh procesu. V poslední části je pozornost věnována veřejnosti - metody zapojení nebo techniky informování. Výzkumná část je realizována pomocí dotazníkového šetření, kde objektem výzkumu jsou občané obce s rozšířenou působností Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. Realizace výzkumu proběhla v březnu roku 2020. Data získaná v rámci výzkumu byla zpracována ve statistickém programu Statistical Package for the Social Sciences verze 25.0 od společnosti International Business Machines.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is Analysis of the level of awareness of the community planning process in the selected area. The aim of this thesis is to determine to what extent are the citizens of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm municipality with extended powers informed about community planning process. This paper is divided into two parts: theoretical framework and research. The first part describes community planning as a concept, its history and legislation. Subsequently, particular subjects, major principles and progress of community planning are explained. The last part aims for community - methods of integration and way of informing. The research is carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey on the citizens of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm municipality with extended powers. The survey was realized in March 2020. The gathered data are processed in the statistical software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences v25.0 by International Business Machines.
