Visual field disorders as a diagnostic symptom

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o zorném poli a jeho poruchách, ke kterým může docházet ve spojitosti s některými očními chorobami a postižením zrakové dráhy. Na začátku práce je shrnuta anatomie a fyziologie zrakové dráhy vztahující se k dané problematice. Další kapitoly se zabývají definicí zorného pole a metodami pro vyšetření zorného pole. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou jednotlivé typy výpadků zorného pole klasifikovány a blíže popsány. Poslední část práce je věnována vybraným onemocněním, která zorné pole nejčastěji ovlivňují.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the visual field and its defects, which can occur in connection with some eye disorders and visual pathway lesions. At the beginning of the thesis, the anatomy and physiology of the visual pathway is summarized. The following chapters deal with the definition of the visual field and the methods by which the visual field can be examined. In the fourth chapter, the individual types of defects are categorised and described in more detail. The last part of the thesis is then devoted to selected disorders that affect the visual field most often.
