Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci ?Postoje policistů a policistek k působení žen v přímém výkonu služby? jsem se snažil popsat současnou situaci v oblasti rovných příležitostí, postupné odstraňování genderových stereotypů a postoje k této problematice v oblasti pracovních vztahů žen a mužů v rámci Policie ČR. Zmapoval jsem uplatnění žen u policie v historii a to jednak u nás v ČR, ale i v zahraničí a porovnal zahraniční zkušenosti s těmi našimi. Popsal jsem legislativní vymezení uvedené problematiky. Rovněž jsem nastínil problémové oblasti a možnosti řešení současného stavu. V praktické části jsem pak metodou empirického výzkumu provedl dotazníkové šetření mezi policistkami a policisty, které až na menší rozpory potvrdilo mé názory a zkušenosti. Především, že postoje policistů a policistek k uplatnění žen obecně u Policie ČR jsou převážně pozitivní. A k uplatnění žen v přímém výkonu služby u Policie ČR pak jsou tyto postoje především ze strany mužů policistů převážně negativní. Poněkud překvapující bylo zjištění, že poměrně velká část policistek se na svém pracovišti setkala s projevy otevřené diskriminace a nezanedbatelná část také s projevy sexuálního obtěžování.

Abstract:

In my diploma theses ? The bearings of policemen and policewomen to the incidence of women in the direct service by the Police of the Czech Republic?. I described for describe present situation in area equal treatement and gradual stripping genders´ stereotype and bearings to this dilemma in an area working relations women and men by the Police of the Czech Republic. I maped claiming women by police in history both in the Czech republic and abroad and I compared foreign experience with experience with those ours. I described legislative delimitation mentioned problems. I also outlined some problem areas and possibilities of solving the present state. Then in the practical part I accomplished empirical research method by question-form investigation among the policewomen and policemen, which excepting smaller cross buntons confirmed my confessions and experiences. First, that the bearings policemans and policewomen to exercise women by the Police of the Czech Republic generally are largely positive. To exercise women in the direct service by Police of the Czech Republic then are these bearings above all on the part of policeman largely negative. Somewhat surprising was inquest, that the relatively many of policewomen on their workplace encountering manifestations open discrimination plus indispensable part also with manifestations sexual harassment.
