Causes of employees' turnover in a company

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Příčiny fluktuace zaměstnanců v podniku“ je analýza dobrovolných odchodů zaměstnanců z podniku a navržení doporučení vedoucí ke snížení fluktuace zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce představuje pojem fluktuace, příčiny dobrovolných odchodů, negativní i pozitivní stránku tohoto jevu, možnosti její eliminace a dále vztah mezi pracovní spokojeností a fluktuací zaměstnanců. Druhá část práce se zabývá výzkumem problému dobrovolné fluktuace ve vybraném podniku – analýzou příčin fluktuace, výzkumem pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců a navržením vhodných doporučení vedoucích k eliminaci problému dobrovolných odchodů zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The object of the thesis „Causes of employees´ turnover in a company“ is to analyze voluntary leaves of employees and to suggest recommendations to reduce staff turnover. The theoretical part introduces the concept of turnover, causes of voluntary leaves, both positive and negative aspects of this phenomenon, the possibilities of its elimination, and the significant relationship of the job satisfaction and staffturnover. The second part deals with the problem of staff turnover in a selected company – analyzing the causes of staff turnover, survey on the job satisfaction and proposing appropriate recommendations leading to the elimination of this issue.
