Progress of the occupational pensions in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Vývoj penzijního připojištění v České republice“ je analyzovat postavení penzijního připojištění se státním příspěvkem v ČR, charakterizovat aktuální a budoucí chystané dění a s využitými poznatky porovnat oba popsané systémy. První část je věnována obecné teorii penzijních systémů a rozboru konkrétního penzijního systému v naší zemi. Druhá část se zabývá samotným produktem penzijního připojištění a jeho charakteristikami z pohledu jednotlivých skupin. Obsahem třetí části je průřez problematikou reformy penzijního systému v ČR a jejich schválených výsledků. Ve čtvrté a zároveň poslední části práce je nastíněno srovnání platné právní úpravy s budoucím směřováním penzijního připojištění, které je řešením dlouhodobých studií v rámci penzijní reformy.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis “Progress of the occupational pensions in the Czech Republic” is to analyze the position of the occupational pensions with the state contribution in the Czech Republic, to describe the current and the prepared future development and to compare both these defined systems. The first part is dedicated to general theory of the pensions systems and to the analysis of particular pensions system in our country. The second part applies to the very product of the occupational pensions and to its attributes from the perspective of the specific groups. The content of the third part sums up the issue of the pension reform in CR and its approved results. In the last fourth part outlines the comparison between the effective legislation and the future direction of the occupational pensions, which is the resolution of the long-term studies within the pension reform.
