Comparative study of cryotherapy technique to air pulsed with shock waves in comparison to the more classical technique consists of soothing massages with shock waves in the event of a lateral elbow tendinopathy.

Abstract:

The tennis elbow is an inflammation of some elbow tendons, responsible for chronic pain. This ailment appears further to gestures of the arm and hand, repeated and / or intensive. It is part of musculoskeletal disorders of the upper limb. The first people affected are professionals performing repetitive tasks, people often tinkering and tennis players. Treatment is usually medical, surgery will be reserved for resistant forms. The rest is mostly recommended, the latter is to reduce activities that increase the symptoms during tendon healing phase.

Abstract:

L?epicondilite ? un?infiammazione di alcuni tendini del gomito, responsabile di un dolore al gomito. Questa malattia appare in seguito a dei gesti del braccio e della mano, ripetuti e/o intensi. Fa parte dei disturbi muscolo-scheletrici dell?arto superiore. Le prime persone colpite sono coloro che realizzano mansioni ripetute, le persone che effettuano spesso lavori manuali ed i giocatori di tennis. Nella maggior parte dei casi il trattamento ? medico, la chirurgia verr? riservata alle forme resistenti.
