Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá tématem ocenění věcných břemen. Teoretická část analyzuje nejen historický vývoj pojmu, který je důležitý pro pochopení současných právních principů, ale klade důraz na výklad pojmů v souvislosti s Novým občanským zákoníkem a navazujícími legislativními změnami platnými od roku 2020.
