Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se věnuji vytvoření a optimalizaci metody, která bude náplní jednoho laboratorního cvičení. Jedná se o analýzu kovů ve vodě pomocí ICP-OES. Práce je zaměřená na stanovování hliníku, arsenu, beryllia, vápníku, hořčíku, manganu a olova. Ke stanovení kovů ve vodě byl proveden krácený rozbor pro vodu podle vyhlášky č. 252/2004 Sb. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on creating of and optimizing the method which will be used in a laboratory practice. It is about an analysis of metals in water by means of ICP-OES. This thesis includes the determination of metals such as aluminum, arsenic, beryllium, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese and lead.
