Abstract:

As part of my Professional Master degree in Engineering of Interactive Systems of the University Paul Sabatier of Toulouse and the Technical University of Liberec, I have done a final studies internship from March 12 to August 31 in the company PSA Peugeot Citroën based in Sochaux (DOUBS). This internship was into the SDO team (Organic Standard and Development), part of the entity ATA (Automatic Transversal Activities) that belongs to the department AUT (Automation). This subject was proposed following the evolutions of Siemens PLCs and HMIs. Siemens released in December 2011 a new development platform "TIA PORTAL" and announced that their future products will no longer be compatible with the current platform (Step 7 V5.5, WinCC flexible 2008 , PDIAG), forcing PSA to migrate to the new in a near future. Aim of the internship: - Simplify PLC and HMI standard programming - Prepare the migration of programs to the new development platform Siemens "TIA PORTAL". The training period was divided into two main stages, the first is handling the current tools and PSA standards, and the 2nd is working on TIA PORTAL. During my internship, I have done several tests, programs, explorations, other more less important tasks for the company, and attended to conferences. But this report covers only the main tasks. I start will in this report with a presentation of the company, then a presentation of the subject and tools, my works on the current tools, my works on TIA PORTAL, and I finish with other parallel tasks.
