Trends in hotel industry services in Russia

Abstract:

The Hotel Industry began ages ago, and it is still growing and developing with every year. Providing accommodation became the most important aspect in the hospitality industry. Every year in different countries, new hotels were opening which were very different but in the same time similar in their goals – to attract new clients, from all over the world. Everywhere it was possible to find cozy hotels, and each of them would be unique. But relying on different target markets hoteliers had to make classifications, which will attract the customers that they need.

Abstract:

By identifying these customers they had to make additional services, which would in turn attract a whole new clientele. With the time, some of those services were utter failures with customers not being attracted to them in any way. Others were so brilliant that they gained immense popularity to this hotel so fast then competitors had to copy it, and it still working great, so hoteliers had to take those services as their success. It was getting popular all over the world they started to call it trend. Their success were getting popular all over the world and when other hotel businesses would take notice, a trend would start helping spread the popular services around the world.
