Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá ratingem. Vymezuje pojem rating a popisuje historii ratingu a ratingových agentur. Hlavní část této práce se zabývá regulací ratingových agentur v evropském a českém právu. Právní úprava je popsána z hlediska změn, které přineslo Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady o ratingových agenturách.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with credit rating. It describes concept of credit rating and history of credit rating agencies. Main part of this thesis deals with regulation of credit rating agencies in European and Czech law. Legal regulation is decsribed from the view of changes, which has been made by new European Credit Rating Agencies Regulation.
