Analyse of Real Estate Market
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce popisuje realitní trh z hlediska nabídky a poptávky. Poskytuje informace o vztahu realitního trhu s finančním sektorem a o specifikách realitního trhu v České republice a jeho budoucím vývoji. Dále analyzuje realitní trh Městské části Praha 13 a popisuje jeho budoucím vývoji.
Abstract:
This thesis describes the real estate market in terms of supply and demand. Provides information about the relationship of the real estate market in the financial sector and the specifics of the real estate market in the Czech Republic and its future development. It also analyzes the real estate market of Prague 13 and describes its future development.
