Abstract:
Řasy jsou považovány za alternativní řešení ve výživě člověka z důvodu vysokého obsahu minerálních prvků, vitaminů a bílkovin. Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na stanovení obsahů minerálních prvků ve sladkovodních řasách, které byly srovnány s významnými zdroji těchto prvků v potravinách. Abstract:
Algae are considered to be alternative solution to human nutrition because they are full of mineral elements, vitamins and proteins. The Master thesis focused on determination of the contents of mineral elements in freshwater algae and they were compared to important source of these elements in foods.
