Transparency in molecular data visualization using A-buffer
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se změřuje na urychlení vykreslovacího řetězce aplikace CAVER Analyst. Cílem práce bylo implementovat nový algoritmus, který je založen na technice A-buffer, a provést srovnání stávajícího řešení s novou implementací.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on improving the performance of rendering pipeline inside the application CAVER Analyst. The aim of this work was to implement new algorithm based on A-buffer technique and to compare the current solustion with this new implementation.
