Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá průběhem a systémem výběrových řízení při náboru nových zaměstnanců. Je rozdělena na dvě části. V první, teoreticko - metodologické části, je vysvětlen význam zaměstnance pro firmu a význam výběrových řízení pro zkvalitnění zaměstnanecké struktury ve firmě. Druhá část je aplikační neboli praktická a zaměřuje se na samotný průběh výběrového řízení (jeho administrativu, způsob ověřování vlastností, schopností a dovedností uchazečů). Pojednává se zde převážně o způsobu jakým je výběr prováděn, dále jsou zde vyhodnoceny jednotlivé metody výběru a úspěšnost výběrových řízení.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the conduct of a tender system for recruiting new employees. It is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical - methodological part, explains the importance of employees for the company and the importance of selection procedures for improving the structure of employment in the company. The second part is an application or practical, and focuses on the actual course of the selection process (his administration, authentication methods properties, capabilities and skills of candidates) are discussed here mainly about the way selection is carried out, there are also evaluated different methods of selection and successful tenders.
