Práce pojednává o prostředcích, kterými je v řízení o pozemkových úpravách chráněno vlastnické právo osob, jejichž pozemky jsou či mohou být pozemkovými úpravami dotčeny. The thesis discusses the instruments which are able to protect property rights of persons whose land is or may be affected by land consolidation.
