Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zvýšení kvality služeb v segmentu výdejních míst ve společnosti Zásilkovna s.r.o. První kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou benchmarkingu a e commerce. This thesis focuses on improving the quality of services in the segment of distribution points at Zásilkovna Ltd. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of benchmarking and e commerce.
