Risks and impacts of drug use and possibilities of their solution

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá riziky spojenými s užíváním nelegálních drog, jejich dopady na společnost a možnostmi jejich řešení. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit postoj příslušníků Policie ČR na rehabilitaci osob závislých na nelegálních drogách a jejich následné začlenění do společnosti. Součástí cíle práce je i zjištění praktických znalostí a zkušeností policistů v dané problematice. Teoretická část je zpracována z otevřených zdrojů a odborné literatury. Obsahuje vymezení pojmů, legislativu a popisuje zdravotní, sociální i ekonomická rizika spojená s užíváním nelegálních drog. Teoretická část je zaměřena i na možnosti řešení drogové problematiky, mezi které patří léčba drogově závislých, prevence a poradenství v oblasti drog. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a komparaci odpovědí se statistickou realitou. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny informace o naplnění cíle.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the risks associated with the use of illegal drugs and their impact on society and the possibilities of their solution. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to find out the attitude of members of the Police of the Czech Republic towards rehabilitation of persons addicted to illegal drugs and their following integration into the society. Part of the goal of the thesis is to find out the practical knowledge and experience of police officers in the given issue. The theoretical part is made from open sources of literature. It contains definitions of terms, legislation and describes the health, social and economic risks associated with the use of illegal drugs. The theoretical part also focuses on the possibilities of solving the drug problem, including treatment of drug addicts, prevention and drug counselling. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and comparison of the answers with statistical reality. The thesis concludes with information on the fulfilment of the goal.
