Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je spracovanie strategického finančného plánu na obdobie piatich rokov a jeho vyhodnotenie. V prvom rade je definovaný pojem plánovanie, metódy plánovania, druhy plánov a ich tvorba. Následne sú popísané jednotlivé výkazy, strategická analýza a vybrané kľúčové ukazovatele.
