Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou bezlepkového stravování ve sportovní přípravě u zdravých jedinců. Pro přiblížení a představení problematiky je teoretická část práce zaměřena na představení faktů o lepku, bezlepkové dietě a obsahuje rešerši aktuálních pohledů veřejnosti na danou problematiku. The subject of these graduation thesis is to examine issue of gluten-free nutrition in sports training in healthy athletes. Theoretical part of thesis is focused on introduction of known facts of gluten, gluten-free diet and includes searches of actual public views on issue.
