The Role of Religious Beliefs from the perspective of a young person today

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce uvádí čtenáře do problematiky náboženského vyznání mladých lidí v dnešní době. Cílová skupina jsou lidé ve věku 20-29 let, kteří jsou občany České republiky. Hlavním cílem je odhalit v co mladí lidé věří, když se vždy nejedná o víru z pohledu náboženství. Tento cíl je podložený výzkumem v praktické části této práce. Zmíněna je také výchova a výuka náboženství na našem území od roku 1921, kdy proběhlo první sčítání lidu po rozpadu Rakouska-Uherska. Nechybí ani porovnání sčítání lidu za poslední tři sčítací období, tedy 1991,2001 a 2011. Závěrem této práce je zhodnocení výsledků výzkumu.

Abstract:

This thesis introduces the readers to the issue of religious beliefs from the perspective of a young people today. The target group consists of people in the age between 20 and 29, who are all citizens of the Czech Republic. The main aim of this thesis is to reveal what they believe in, while these believes are not always religious. This aim is supported by research in the practical part of this thesis. Religious schooling and education in the Czech Republic since 1921 is mentioned as well. In that year, the first census after the broke-up of Austria-Hungary Empire took place. A comparison of the results of the last three censuses, taken in the years 1991, 2001 and 2011, is also present. The conclusion of this thesis is an evaluation the research's findings.
